Racing Against the Clock
Hey I don't have much time to write because I have 11mins..opps 10mins before this computer shuts down and states, "You have zero mins remaining with this session". Thats right im at the library and man I thought this place would be peaceful and quite. LOL...I'm trying to think...lady why don't you take your child and read her a book...lol...that was mean I'm sorry...lol...i was joking...laugh with me...but this dude in front of me is looking at me because I'm smiling while I'm writing! If he knew I have 8mins left and tons of things to say then he would understand and smile with me...I'm creating a master piece against time..lol
Now what to say? I don't know...God is so awesome and never leaves his kids wanting...i guess that's why we should model our selves after him! He understands our troubles and even those things we think are troubles but are only air pockets in this sky called life...lol...i was reading Charles Stanley...[you know I check this guy like everyday]...and he spoke about dealing with Wrong Desires. WOW..look at God the computer gave me 10 more mins..lol
Well he stated:

Does God want this for me?
and Can I follow Christ and this objective at the same time?
Many of the things we desire aren’t specifically addressed in Scripture as “thou shalt” or “thou shalt not.” That’s why the Lord gives us access to the Holy Spirit’s wisdom and discernment. We must prayerfully evaluate our longings. This will ensure we’re within God’s will and pursuing His purpose for our life." "
I pose this question for you to think about in your quite time with God, are you dealing with your desires? We all have them and will not live without having at least one in our life time. We as Children of God are to live but let's experience what He would have for us not what we want. I thank you for reading...my time is up...lol

Very thought-provoking!
The latter of the two questions from Charles Stanley is one that stood out the most to me. In my opinion it should be on the forefront of our minds at all times to keep us rooted in the will of God. So often we do find ourselves trying to seek after the desires of our own hearts and make provisions for "our" plans without seeking the counsel of God. Then we begin to justify our actions because it is not written black and white in Scripture. (how dangerous!!)

I fully agree with you, I think that Jesus really whats us to live our lives to the best of our ability. I think that I am doing a good job and think that he would think that I'm doing the right thing. I really hope I can keep on the good path.

I feel that the thing that probably aided me the most in that scene with the dog was the utilization and using an actual recreation, affective memory, if you want to call it, of pain.
