Bringing You Up to Speed...
I've been away for awhile, i do apologize. I have started on new ventures that have consumed my days and hours. I'm barely able to get a text in...lol. But I've found so much enjoyment in this adventures!
I went to this revival like on Monday, July 29th, and this young lady spoke on "Are you in a Religion or Are you in a Relationship". This drive home the subject that i raised on the 28th " They Don't Care About You... ". I urge every reader to don't rely on just what the preacher or your homeboi or girlfriend say but know God for yourself.
On to another note why do women say there aren't good men listed in the world? Clearly there is a host of men walking around well educated, ambitious, loving, God-fearing and gentle.
On the other hand, why do men say there aren't good women listed in the world? Clearly there are many women standing their ground with education, work, dreams, family and love.
My personal opinion is we must become true with self and know our own value. We must never try to find our value in another person unless we die. I believe if you focus on the goals and aspirations you have set for yourself the person that is to "help" you on the journey called life will drive down your path of love. Let's not be so impatient that we settle for anything.

Ok, so I am a full and faithful believer. There are so many circumstances and reasons God takes us from certain relationships and places us in others. And then to finally keep us still in one. I'm not married. However, from my previous experiences I have seen God move me from who I thought I needed and placed me in other situations that were mediocre until this current one. Always remember that God needs to come first and always remain at the top of your priority list. Constantly building with Him, speaking with Him, reading His word, asking Him specifically for His direction, not what we desire...He never fails. Throughout relationships years back where I allowed someone else to be the center of my life, God quickly removed me. In relationships where I kept close with God and asked for Him to guide me where I need to be to do His will. It was done. We link with different people for learning and growing lessons. Seeking what God needs us to do to help eachother grow in Him and that's what I've been requesting. For Him to lead us so we can hear Him and once the lesson is learned either remove me from the situation or keep me here, if He needs me to remain still. There are good significant others out there but the question is...what are we truly seeking: what we desire or what God needs for us to have. His way will always conquer however our journey to His destination maybe a little longer because we are all in the mix and not stepping to the side so God can handle His business. God knows our hearts, He wants us to be fully faithful. Don't have an ounce of doubt of not finding that special person, because they do exist. God's just waiting for us to have confirmation in Him and for us to conduct His business. Live knowing that whatever He desires will happen and that in the meanwhile, you are still at peace because you're living for His will. God is awesome!

I'm thankful for your words of encouragement. There are sometimes I feel so disappointed when people are taken out of my life. It's as if I get a taste of what I think I want and then it's gone. Which feels at times like such a tease. However, you are right, it is all for a reason. I have grown stronger because of those relationships. I believe each relationship has shaped me into the individual I am now. I will say God has saved me from entering some relationships that were not beneficial. It allowed me to get a better idea of what a true relationship should look like. At times it seems like every option is gone, but maybe the best way to look at it is God has removed all the counterfeits so I will be ready to receive the real McCoy.

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
In all that we do lets look towards God for direction and we will never have to regret or hate the out come of a relationship because we know its purposeful. Great, Healthy & God focused relationship! Thats my motto...lol...
